Rainforest Cafe is a chain of restaurants that are themed after the forests, rainforests in particular. They were founded by Steve Schussler who wanted to bring people closer together through his love for all things green- he opened up this restaurant because it gave him an opportunity not only be creative with food but also offer something new and different than most other chains at the time had done – bringing nature into their dining experience!
